Doctor called today and told me that my one hour glucose test came back and it was slightly high. So I need to do a 3 hour glucose test. Somehow I knew I'd be doing this. I don't know why but just knew. Even so I'm worried now. I don't want gestational diabetes!
I called the lab and they had an opening for tomorrow at 830. I go on an empty stomach, they draw blood, I drink the stuff again and then they test my blood every hour for the next couple hours. A total of 4 blood draws.
Fingers crossed.
