So ya know how when you take the car into the shop because it's been making a bad noise, that noise stops the minute you get it to the shop? Well that's what I was expecting today. That my pain would stop while I went to my physical therapy appointment. But I was wrong. I vacuumed and that did me in! I was was in so much pain I almost couldn't get out of the car at the therapy office.
So the lady I saw was great. She was able to pop my pelvic bone back into place... a sensation that is truly weird! But it helped. I still have pain but I felt less stiff, more mobility. I go back again on Friday and she gave me some homework to do. So fingers crossed!
And I was right... it is sciatica pain. My pelvic is out of sorts/alignment but sciatic nerve is what is causing all the pain.
